TERMS & CONDITIONS
The organizer reserves the right to change/alter some of the rules mentioned here to ensure fair play for all participants. Rules are subject to change and players should review the rules directly on the game card.
COMPETITION FORMAT
- All matches in the Boubyan e-League will be played on a Home & Away basis.
- Each group will consist of 16 players.
The League will be organized in 1 Registration Wave:

Qualification to Playoffs
- At the end of the group stage, the top 4 players from each group will automatically qualify for the Online Playoffs.
- This creates a pool of 64 qualified players. This ensures a total of 64 players will compete in the Online Playoffs.
Note: Group numbers and qualifying slots are based on current projections and are subject to change depending on final player registration numbers.
Online Playoffs Schedule:
- 25 February: Collection of 64 players and Bracket Seeding
- 26 February: Round of 64 & Round of 32
- 27 February: Round of 16 & Quarter Finals (On-ground & live streamed)
- 28 February: Semi Finals, 3rd Place Decider & GRAND FINALS (On-ground & live streamed)
EVENT DETAILS
- The Boubyan E-League Live Finals will take place on 27 and 28 February 2026.
- The event will be held at the Urban Hall, First Floor, Al Andalus Complex, Hawally, Kuwait.

ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDATION
- Competitors must be legal residents or citizens of Kuwait.
- Competitors must be 16 years or older in order to participate from the tournament starting date.
- Any participant under the age of 18 will require parental consent which may be requested by the organizer at any time.
- Any account that has been previously banned from any game listed in our tournament/event for any misconduct will not be permitted to join and will result in immediate disqualification.
- During the online registration process, the players will have to include a valid Kuwait mobile number which must be active for players to receive an OTP on.
- Players competing in the Finals must provide their physical Kuwait ID as proof of identity in order to participate. This verification process is mandatory at the Finals venue.
- The organizer reserves the right to request documentation proof in the form of a valid civil ID or its equivalent from players. The request will be done by email or phone. Failure to submit the requested documents will result in the player being automatically disqualified.
- These may be subject to change at any time before the tournament. Please refer to the tournament guidelines, rules, and conditions before the match time.
COMPETITION GUIDELINES
- Any rule being broken may lead to disciplinary action. This action will be at the discretion of the organizer, Zawaya Gaming, and the situation will be taken into account. Punishment may include, but not be limited to, forfeits, replays, penalty points, kicks, temporary and permanent bans.
- All participants in any competition will be required to uphold the highest standards and observe common sportsmanship. Racism will NOT be tolerated. If you are seen to be racist in any capacity, then you will have action taken against you. Being abusive in any way towards fellow players or admins will also result in disciplinary action.
- The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for violation of the terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.
- Any form of cheating, glitching, abusing in-game mechanics, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in a forfeit of a Match Ban, or Ban from Events. Punishable unsportsmanlike behavior includes but is not limited to, excessive use of foul or degrading language. In addition, breaking any rule may result in a forfeit of a Game, forfeit of a Match, Verbal Warning or Ban from Events.
- All players MUST be contactable via Discord, email and phone number.
- No warm-up or practice games are permitted once the bracket is made live. Players must play at their designated time slots. Playing at a different time slot is not permitted unless approved by the organizer “Zawaya Gaming” in writing.
- Prizes will be awarded at the end of the League season and distributed during the closing ceremony or as announced by the organizer.
- The organizer reserves the right to request documentation proof in the form of a Valid ID or similar from players. The request will be done by Email or Phone. Failure to submit the requested documents, will result in the player being automatically disqualified.
- The tournament rules may be subject to change at short notice on the spot.
In the case of a dispute or any issues, the organizer has the final say on all matters pertaining to the matter.
REPORTING
- Both players must report the match results through the Submit Score section on the website within 10 minutes of the game’s completion. The final score must be entered clearly (e.g., 3-0 or 3-1). A screenshot of the final result may also be required for verification by the Tournament Official.
- If players fail to submit the result before the round ends the match will be considered invalid, and both players will receive 0 points for that round.
- Players found to be deliberately falsifying results WILL face disciplinary action from the organizer.

EVIDENCE - INCLUDING SCREENSHOTS, AND RECORDED VIDEO
- Players are expected to collect evidence of messages sent and received, as well as the final score at the end of every match.
- Failure to produce sufficient evidence of rule breaking will result in the opponent being put through to the next round.
- Evidence is expected to be time and date stamped, showing your opponent’s PSN ID and in video format. Photo evidence is only acceptable for messages sent and received.
- Competitors are advised to record their games at all times in case review is needed.

HOST
- If you are unable to start your match or face any technical issues with your setup or opponent, you must immediately contact a Tournament Admin via the Discord. Failure to do so may result in disqualification for both players if no solution is reached within 60 minutes.
- In case of connection problems, both players must contact an Admin in the Discord ASAP for assistance.
- If you or your opponent disconnects during the match, the match must be restarted. However, the score and time at the point of disconnection will still stand and be taken into consideration once the match is over. You must inform an Admin via Discord in such cases.

GENERAL RULES
- Competitors will need to add each other as friends in the game.
- A player has 10 minutes from when they have an opponent to start the match, failure to do so will result in a forfeit.
- It is the player's responsibility to check PSN ID before the fixture is played to make sure that all players are eligible to play.
- In case of a dispute, players must file a complaint to the organizer before the match is complete.
- Every Participant acknowledges the right for the Administration to modify the rules and regulations for adjustments at any time without notice and if necessary overrule those to ensure fair play and integrity throughout the Tournament.

RECORDING AND VIDEO RIGHTS
- Zawaya Gaming and its Partners hold all rights to use all streamed/recorded footage during and after the event.
ORGANIZER’S AUTHORITY
- The event organizers have the final say on all matters pertaining to the event.
- Any disputes or issues will be resolved by the organizers, and their decisions are considered final.
