TERMS & CONDITIONS

The organizer reserves the right to change/alter some of the rules mentioned here to ensure fair play for all participants. Rules are subject to change and players should review the rules directly on the game card.

COMPETITION FORMAT

• Registration: 15 October 2025
• League Start: Game Week 10 – 1^st November 2025
• Event Duration: Weekly competitions starting from Match Week 10 and continuing until the end of the official Premier League season.
   

🏆 Prize Pool:

• Weekly Prizes:
   
  • Awarded to the top-performing player each week based on official Fantasy Premier League points.
  • Weekly winners are announced after the completion of each Premier League game week.
     
• Monthly Prizes:
   
  • Awarded to the player with the highest cumulative points for that month.
  • Monthly winners will be announced at the end of each calendar month.
     
• Season-End Prizes:
   
  • Awarded to player with the highest cumulative points across the full Fantasy Premier League season.
  • Grand prizes include special rewards, merchandise, or vouchers as announced by the organizer.
     

POINTS ANNOUNCEMENT & DISCORD UPDATES

• Weekly points will be calculated automatically by the official Fantasy Premier League system.
• The organizer will check points each week and announce winners, standings, and updates via the official Discord.
   

ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDATION

• Competitors must be legal residents or citizens of Kuwait.
• Competitors must be 12 years or older in order to participate from the tournament starting date.
• Any participant under the age of 18 will require parental consent which may be requested by the organizer at any time.
• Any account that has been previously banned from any game listed in our tournament/event for any misconduct will not be permitted to join and will result in immediate disqualification.
• During the online registration process, the players will have to include a valid Kuwait mobile number, which must be active, for players to receive an OTP. 
• The organizer reserves the right to request documentation proof in the form of a valid civil ID or its equivalent from players. The request will be done by email or phone. Failure to submit the requested documents will result in the player being automatically disqualified.
• Tournament rules may change at short notice. Players are responsible for reviewing the latest guidelines, rules, and conditions before each game week.
   

COMPETITION GUIDELINES

• Players compete by managing their Fantasy Premier League teams according to the official Premier League rules.
• Points are calculated based on the official FPL scoring system.
• Any rule being broken may lead to disciplinary action. This action will be at the discretion of the organizer, Zawaya Gaming, and the situation will be taken into account. Punishment may include, but not be limited to, loss of points, disqualification, or bans.
• All participants in any competition will be required to uphold the highest standards and observe common sportsmanship. Racism will NOT be tolerated. If you are seen to be racist in any capacity, then you will have action taken against you. Being abusive in any way towards fellow players or admins will also result in disciplinary action.
• The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for violation of the terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.
• Any form of cheating, glitching, abusing in-game mechanics, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in a forfeit of a Match Ban, or Ban from Events. Punishable unsportsmanlike behavior includes but is not limited to, excessive use of foul or degrading language. In addition, breaking any rule may result in a forfeit of a Game, forfeit of a Match, Verbal Warning or Ban from Events.
• All players MUST be contactable via Discord, email and phone number.
• Prizes will be awarded for weekly, monthly, and season-long performance.
• The organizer reserves the right to request documentation proof in the form of a Valid ID or similar from players. The request will be done by Email or Phone. Failure to submit the requested documents, will result in the player being automatically disqualified.

In the case of a dispute or any issues, the organizer has the final say on all matters pertaining to the matter.
 

GENERAL RULES

• Only one account per participant is allowed. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be disqualified.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify rules and guidelines at any time to ensure fair play and integrity.
• Any disputes or issues will be resolved at the organizer’s discretion, and decisions are final.

These may be subject to change at any time prior to the tournament. Please refer to the tournament guidelines, rules and conditions in the game card  prior to the game time.
 

RECORDING AND VIDEO RIGHTS

• Zawaya Gaming and its Partners hold all rights to use all streamed/recorded footage during and after the event.
   

ORGANIZER’S AUTHORITY

• The event organizers have the final say on all matters pertaining to the event.
• Any disputes or issues will be resolved by the organizers, and their decisions are considered final.
